Payment 
Full payment is taken up to 24 hours before the date of your arrival. 
We use WorldPay for all our online credit card processing. WorldPay are fully accredited as a Level 1 compliant provider - the highest level of compliance - under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). 
Credit and business cards are charged at 2%. 
Debit cards are free. 
 
All costs quoted are inclusive of VAT. 
All prices include continental breakfast. 
 
 
Cancellation 
If you wish to cancel your booking, 24 hours notice must be given before your check-in date. Failure to do so will result in one nights accommodation fee being charged. 
 
 
Damages & Costs 
Without exception, damages to the contents of the room or the shared facilities must be paid in full by the customer. In the event of any breakages or damage (before or after the customer vacates), Ashton Gate Mews will provide the customer with a detailed breakdown of the issues and the repair costs. Any excess noise, causing nuisance to other guests will result in liabilities to regain costs in lost revenue. 
 
Our aim is to make your stay a pleasurable one, where you'll want to come back again and again. We hope you enjoy our beautiful and historic city of Bristol. 
 
 
Multiple Rooms and Group Booking 
If you wish to book multiple rooms, please call 07850 301588 to arrange your stay. This way we can ensure all your required rooms are available. 
 
Large group bookings should be made by telephone. We do not except large groups of single sex parties. 
 
 
Check-in and Check-out Times 
You can check-in to your room from 2pm onwards. You must check-out of your room by 11.00am. 
 
Guests will have their own key for entry during their stay.
